The Team Behind 43 Oncology
Radiation oncology is a small world. The engineers who keep linear accelerators running, the physicists who commission them, the administrators who budget for them — most of us have crossed paths at some point, in a vault at 2 a.m. or on the phone trying to source a part before Monday’s patient schedule.
43 Oncology was built by people from that world. Not investors who saw a market opportunity, but service engineers and industry veterans who spent years inside cancer centers and got tired of watching facilities pay OEM prices for support with no sense of urgency behind it. We started this company because we believed independent service could be done at OEM quality, with better response times and honest pricing.

Dan brings an extensive and diverse background to our executive team, having served as a CFO across a multitude of sectors—including distribution, manufacturing, real estate, non-profits, and service industries. Based out of Colorado Springs, Dan and his wife Laura have four adult children and are proud grandparents of five grandchildren. He cherishes the time with family and is deeply committed to 43 Oncology’s success.
