43 Oncology, LLC (“43 Oncology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides independent service, parts, and support for linear accelerators and related radiation oncology equipment. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, 43oncology.com (the “Site”), or contact us through it.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact or service request form, we collect the information you enter, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, facility name and location, and the contents of your message. If you email or call us directly, we collect the information you choose to share in that communication. If you have been given access to our Partner Portal, we also collect the login credentials and account information associated with your account.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited most and how visitors find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, approximate geographic location, and browsing behavior on the Site. This information is aggregated and does not identify you by name. You can learn how Google uses this data at google.com/policies/privacy/partners, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, though parts of the Site may not function properly without them.

What we do not collect. 43 Oncology services medical equipment; we do not treat patients, and this Site is not intended to collect, and should not be used to submit, any patient information or protected health information (PHI). Please do not include patient information in any form submission or email to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and service requests; to provide, schedule, and support equipment service, parts sales, and related services; to administer Partner Portal accounts; to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; to communicate with you about our services, including follow-up on your inquiries; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in the following circumstances: with service providers who help us operate our business and the Site (such as website hosting, email, analytics, and CRM providers), who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us; when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case we will require the successor to honor this Privacy Policy or notify you of changes.

4. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. Inquiry records that do not lead to a business relationship are periodically purged.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is a business-to-business website intended for healthcare facilities and industry professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including equipment manufacturers and industry resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
